The room was great, the view was the best, the access to the beach was fantastic and the kitchen was very convenient, the fact that we had silverware, dishes, microwave and all that was excellent.

A fabulous location right on the beach. The two bedroom suite was great. It was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. We loved having the kitchen, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal and the in suite laundry was an added bonus. The location is slightly outside of Galveston, which we really liked as it was a little quieter than in town, but still only a short drive away. The balcony was great, although could have used some nicer furniture. There was nothing like listening to the waves....sigh! The beach was nice and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We loved our stay, It was walking distance to the beach, and we didn't have to cross busy lanes of traffic to get there. The staff was FANTASTIC! They were so friendly and helpful, and we loved all the "little things" they thought of that made the stay extra pleasant. Th video games and fitness room were really nice, and you could get balls, extra towels, beach chairs, and anything you needed to use for free. Free laundry service and even soap was a huge plus. GREAT STAY!

This hotel is a hidden gem in Galveston! I've been to Galveston many times in my life, but never knew this hotel existed! To find such a nice, clean, affordable hotel on the beach was wonderful. The pool was very nice and exactly as it was pictured on the website. Not only was there covered parking available, but it was free! I would also like to send a "great job!" comment about Ray, the manager on duty. When we arrived, there was a problem with our reservations. Ray overheard the conversation, stepped out of her office, asked a couple of questions, and had everything straightened out and resolved in a few minutes! She was VERY nice and helpful, and we really appreciated her excellent customer service!! Thank you, Ray! Everything about it exceeded our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

We requested a condo on an upper floor and our request was met. It was very comfortable and clean. We cooked our meals at our leisure, which reduced the cost of eating at restaurants. It was great to sit on the balcony in the morning with coffee or wine in the evening, while watching and hearing the waves. Walks on the beach in the mornings were peaceful. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location, and very quiet on the beach in late July. There were hoses and rinse stations accessible to guests to wash the sand and saltwater off yourself and any gear which was super helpful! The room was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked for a longer stay.

We enjoyed our stay for several reasons: the peaceful location in West Galveston away from the crowds, the cleanliness throughout, and the helpful and friendly staff. The infinity pool and nearby beach were lovely, and the spacious room was a great comfort. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the in-room jacuzzi was a wonderful bonus.
